Quick and Easy, until the delivery driver left my 500 dollars worth of unattended tires on my front porch! I don't live in the most savory hoods if u know what I mean. It clearly says the tires need a signature. Well, long story short, the miscreants weren't out prowlin when the tires were dropped off! That's my only gripe...
Easy, smooth transaction. There are guardrails to make sure you're ordering the correct tires for your application. The reviews were very helpful; I bought Michelins that indeed turned out to be quieter and more comfortable than the factory Continentals.
Tires weren't delivered on time. I understand this happens. I asked for the install charge to be waived when I spoke to the Tire Rack rep on the phone. She couldn't. Which I understand, but what bothered me was that I felt she just didn't care. Not much empathy at all. A simple genuine "we're" sorry would have helped.

Timely and professional handling of my recent order.
Tire rack did good on price and delivery however the appt made at my local installer was not received. We had to wait 4 hrs to get the tires installed due to the online appt with my local Firestone installer did not go through.
Very pleased, had them fitted yesterday and they give a much better ride than the original run flats.
Easy to shop, great wheels, great tires, timely delivery. Would recommend to anyone.
