They had the very tires I needed on close-out because they were 2018 production year. Most firms would never tell you the production year (and 2018 is not bad since it's on a 2018 car). Delivered in less than 48 hours.

This is my 3rd Tire Rack purchase and it went very well. I appreciate all the info and reviews.

Overall great experience - great tires at a reasonable price with the exception of trailer tires. Trailer tires from Tire Rack are ridiculously expensive you can get them on eBay at less than half the price with free shipping. But I was very pleased with the truck tires I ordered.

Easiest experience I ever had purchasing tires. Got the tires I wanted, mounted by my preferred mechanic. I'll be back for more, Tire Rack!

Ordering the tires was easy, getting them on was difficult.

Simple, easy process with fast turn around delivery

The car sat on a lift for at least 30 minutes before any work was performed. A 45 minute job took almost 1 hour and 30 minutes. Not happy with the service end.

Evidently my delivery sat outside my door for 4 hours before I received delivery confirmation email. Could have been stolen.

Haven't opened the package yet haha that's the only reason there's one 4 star other then that if everushing works out I'll edit that missing star

This is the second time buying tires from Tire Rack. Both times I ordered on Friday and the tire shop got them by Monday. Totally flawless on my end.

I needed new tires for my 2005 Chevy SSR. Anyone with an SSR knows how important tries are for this vehcile. 10" wide on 20" wheels on the back and 19" wheels on the front. It was difficult to find tires with the same brand that made both. All season tires was what I wanted. Tire rack had just what I needed.

Excellent place to buy tires. This is my second time buying tires from Tire Rack Another thing didn't have to pay shipping charges.

The experience was great. I ordered 4 new tires and had them delivered to a nearby garage. The tires were delivered on time and installed with no issues.

Ordering and customer service is great... ups lost my packages and had to delay my installation appointment.

I didn't do my research on the fitment in the rear so i need to buy a new set

The experience was as usual, well handled. My only regret was with the installer recommended by Tire Rack. It was my first time using them and the experience was poor. They did not balance my wheels properly and I later found out that their machine was not able to do "road force" balancing. I received a refund for their poor work and used another recommended installer that did the work fine.

I bought a set wheels that went on sale the following day. I emailed TR customer service and they promptly did a refund of the difference. Can't put a price on great customer service :)
