One of the center cap stickers was missing from my order. I believe it fell out the f the packaging. I notified the customer service of the issue and they immediately responded and shipped out a replacement.
Tire Rack was fine. My problem was Ken Towery, the installer. They would not install the tires at any store in Lexington, Kentucky. I had to find a different company to put the tires on.

The sales specialist who contacted me (Bruno Gagliardo) was excellent no complaints. But it was weird that he told me I needed to present my ID and Credit Card for proof when I picked up my wheels and tires, but when I got there no one asked for neither. But overall it was very fast pickup and worker who loaded was excellent also.

Excellent service from ordering to install. I received an email making sure my order was correct. Changes were thankfully made before delivery thanks to the email. Install was scheduled in a very quick and convenient time frame. Excellent installer.
