I sent a set of snow tires to my daughter, who is getting slammed by day after day of winter storms up in Washington State. The local shops couldn't get anything for 6-8 days, let alone the brand I wanted. I got her exactly the tires I wanted in 2 days. There wasn't a Tire Rack affiliated shop nearby, but Tire Rack delivered to a local garage, with free shipping. The tires, price, delivery, and service were all great.

I bought 2 tires. 1 was delivered in 24 hrs. Great. The second one was delayed for one more day. That was fine, but the next day OnTrac and TireRack both confirmed delivery but I didn't receive anything. So I spent time reporting that to both companies. At the end, the second tire was delivered the following day, 50 hrs apart from the first one.

I trust Tire Rack and have purchased 3 times from them so far. This time I self-installed but was given everything I needed to make that go smoothly.

Pep Boys in Summerfield would not mount my tire. I considered them rude.
The installer in The Villages cost me $23.00, not 16.95. If you contract with installers, they should fulfill your promises.
