This is the second time that I am using Tire Rack, and honestly, this has changed everything for me. Especially in terms of service and quality. I purchased 4 Michelin Pilot Sports which are going to be delivered and installed at an authorized installer.

Tire Rack did not produce a receipt for my purchase. By the way, still waiting for one

Everything tired rack was great! Firestone however who installed the tires was not so great. I scheduled a 7am appointment but the sales manager told me that none of the technicians had showed up yet. They didn't show up to work until 820am. All told my 7am appointment turned into a 2 hour and 45 minute install for 2 tires. Terrible. I would never go there again.

Needed these tires quickly and they shipped from northern Louisiana to Little Rock the very next day. Contracted with local tire shop for installation.

I had a bad experience with tirerack sending me a bad tire. By the time I had taken it in several times, and spent more than the tire was worth, I found out it was the tire, and not my car. The tire insurance was useless as it was prorated down to $20 on a $200 tire.

I swore I'd never shop there again, but I gave them another chance, and am happy with the product and service. Will I buy tires from them again? Probably not. But hardware and rims? Yes.

Good service I just hope my warranty claim goes through ok
