I received the tires that I and an associate decided where best for my vehicle after I had chosen snow tires unknowingly! However the amount for the tires I chose were cheaper, I have not received the adjustment refund yet!

Got a nice set of staggered Sumitomo's, I was contacted at first to make sure i ordered the right size which I confirmed. I have aftermarket rims so was not offended that Tire Rack reached out to make sure I ordered the right tires:-) Being able to pick up locally in Doraville for a $40 savings is an added bonus, although I have had them delivered in the past and that's usually a very quick turnaround as well. Great price, and the tires look great on the car.

Super fast shipping, I ordered when I left work and when I got home I received an email that it was already shipped. It left me jaw-dropping.

Everything went well, my only small complaint would be that the estimated delivery time was quoted as the day before the actual delivery date. I had made an appointment to install the tires that I had to reschedule, so it was a minor inconvenience.

The tires were delivered on time and the installation process was smooth.

Easy to find what i was looking for great selection

Website indicated the rim would fit my vehicle. It did not fit when I went to install it.

My Tire Rack experience was fine. Tires ordered and shipped fast. I went to Firestone to have them installed and that was a different experience. After waiting 2 hours they realized they put the wrong tires on my car and I had to wait another hour for them to fix it. Somehow my order in their computer had random tires and not the ones I ordered through you. There must be a better system so this doesn't happen again.

Shopping for tires could not be easier. The tires I want are always in stock, and free easy shipping to the installer of my choice.

Place the notice that the outer box may display a different wheel or wheel size right on the box opening line, where you would need to cut the box open to get into it. We did not see the notice on the underside or side of the box and made significant and costly changes with the installer assuming you had sent the wrong wheels. Also, perhaps provide this notice in the shipping confirmation in big red letters or something.
