Overall, pretty good. I would like to see better follow up after it ships, like notified the items were delivered. The service personnel were very polite, friendly and helpful.
I will use Tire Rack in the future as well as share with my friends and family.

I ordered four tires because the eta for the delivery was on a specific date. But the actual delivery date was over a day late and the estimated time of day was late also.

I was looking for some inexpensive tires to put on a street rod that I wouldn't feel guilty about burning the rubber off of. I was pleased to find some old stock in a premium manufacture.

It was very easy picking out the products I wanted and getting them installed. I am having issues with the tmps that I had installed by tire rack. My tire monitoring keeps going off at higher speeds.

I purchased badly needed tires, early, on a Thursday. They were delivered to the installer, early, the following afternoon.

Unbelievable how sopisticated your service is. From my choice of the tires onward it went on like a whirlwind. It was like the fast and furious' Before I know everything was done and I had my appointment with Tires plus.

They'll even ship it to a tire shop and make an appointment online. All I had to do was pay for them on this website, make an appointment to the shop and just go and get my tires installed. Can't get any better than that.

I have never ordered tires online before. It 3 days to find the right tires because I found the search process confusing and the interface confusing. Once I found the right tires at a good price it was easy peasy. I received the tires in 2 days. I will order tires from tire rack again.

When they have what we want, Tire Rack is the best option.

Everything was fine except the driver just dropped the tires off at my garage door, and didn't ring the bell. They were scheduled for Feb 22 and they showed up on saturday Feb 20 I didn't know they were there and stayed there all day. I live next to a busy street, They could have been stolen since I didn't know the delivery was made.

I got a good deal on these tires, and they arrived extremely quickly. I'm very impressed and will use Tire Rack again!
