I am very impressed with the Tire Rack experience with the exception of getting update information when my 4th wheel / tire package didn't arrive until 3 days later. My first three packages arrived Friday, July 30 at 12:19 P.M. My car was due for NH State inspection and since my old tires were below legal tread wear it was very important to me since I needed to commute 80 miles to work and back on Monday August 2nd. I lost one days pay for Monday but was able to install the wheels Monday evening after UPS delivered that 4th wheel and tire at 6:03 pm and commute to my work this morning Tuesday August 3rd. Overall this lack of update on the missing 4th wheel caused me a lot of stress!

Buying was a pleasure, i accidentally ordered 225, when i needed 235. Reggie called me to make sure i was sure. TY Reggie. My only bad experience was with Kunes Country, Delavan, Wi. They tried charging me $78 but i should them it was $50.98. Service guy, Michael said its an error, told him no its an agreed price btwn you and Tire Rack. Long story short, i watched as my car stayed on the lift for almost an hour! Told Mike it doesnt take an hour to change out 2 tires.He responded (excuse) alot of corrosion. Told him this isnt my 1st time changing my tires, previous mechanics cleaned my rims prior to installing new tires, was done in 15 minutes! Wont ever use you, enjoy your review! DONT screw people over, might wanna read reviews you've gotten from others you tried ripping off! As i walked away still waiting, he called his Gen Mgr and asked if he could increase the price to $80 with Tire Rack... DONT USE KUNES!
