Had to replace a tire due to object in road cutting through to liner and running flat for a quarter mile before a safe place to change it out. Was miffed that the tires bought 2 years ago are, of course, discontinued... and a week past the road hazzard warr. These seemed to be built on the same carcass and have quite similar tread design, so bought 2 to go with the lightly worn pair on the other axle. Tried to pay, as before, with Mom's (her car) CC and it was rejected - may have been an entry error by me, but give us a second chance... EH? Paid with one of my cards...

I ordered my tires from here a few month's ago for the first time, it was a great experience. Once I ordered them, I was taken to my next steps or at least I was told what to expect next. This time when I am ordering a replacement tire I was not given any instruction on what was coming next or what to expect. Each and every day I would look at my order to see if it had new information on when my tire was shipped or would be delivered. After almost a week I finally called and they said oh yeah your tire was delivered a few days ago, but now you need to call and setup an installation appointment. So in my opinion things were communicated better as a new customer, compared to getting a replacement tire.

The KM3 tires I wanted were on backorder and a sales representitive immediately reached out to let me know. Oscar was great in canceling my original order and I was able to get some great KO2 Allterrain tires within a few days. The shipping was interesting in that all 4 tires came from different locations but they were able to get around a major closure on I70 due to a mudslide and get my tires to me within a few days of ordering
