Always pleased with the service and products I receive from Tire Rack. I never buy tires anywhere else. Only problem I had was with NTB. I got a delivery confirmation from UPS and TireRack that the tires were delivered. I called the local NTB to sched appt, they wouldn't sched w/o having the tires. Guy on the phone said "oh, they're right here in front of me". So scheduled for following Thurs. Went to have install done, "oops, we only have 3 tires". I have a delivery conf and the scheduler said they were all here. No, we only have 3 tires. I asked, did you look everywhere? Yup, only 3 tires. So after 2hrs, they reinstall my old tires and I go home. I called NTB the next day, got attitude for my missing tire. "We're having UPS do a trace". But you told me they were all there. Then started the excuses. Finally the Mgr (who'd been sick for 2 days), comes back on Monday. They magically find the 4th tire, it was there all along. I was promised the "fastest tire install"... 2hrs, is not very quick. And someone rifled thru the console between my seats. Stuff was all out of order.

Tires were delivered the very next day. I was able to get a closeout price so it was my cheapest option as well

Have been told to get tires other than Costco and this time it has happened. Got all the help I needed chated with one person just before I purchased to make sure I was good. Service was great, easy to understand what I needed to ensure I got what I needed.

Avoid dealer prices and add the convenience of at home installation

I replaced all four tires on my porsche. Service was prompt and as promised. NTB did hassle free installation

Was browsing TR.com for a friend and noticed that there were sales going on. Knowing I was due soon for tires on my own car, I pulled up my saved car and took a look at what was out there and saw a killer deal on the exact same tires I currently have (and love).

Bought the tires and had them drop shipped to my local Firestone (who I also love) and they were there within 2 business days... faster than the shop could get me on the books!
