Great prices, quick delivery and ability to choose my installer.

I had ordered these exact tires from Walmart but they canceled my order because the tire price was incorrect on their page and increased the cost without my acceptance... instead of fixing the issue they canceled my order 2 DAYS before I needed them installed! I learned my lesson😮‍💨😮‍💨💩💩😒😒

I purchased a set of tires. After 20K miles, the front driver and passenger side tires disintegrated, with the side wall separating from the tread. When I called Tirerack and sent pictures, I was informed that this was a road hazard issue and not a tire defect. The fact that both tires had the same condition and were properly rotated and balanced at Discount Tire, this issue should have been addressed before it became catastrophic and Tirerack should have stood behind the warranty.

The website showed what the wheels and tires would look like and gave me options for sizes and offsets that would work on my vehicle.

Delivery was delayed due to an historic snow storm in the Northeast. Not sure whom to 'blame' for that LOL. Otherwise my experience with TR was outstanding and I'd not hesitate to buy from them again.

We have purchased several sets of tires from Tire Rack going back 30 years. There have been very few items of concern. Having them installed by a store that is owned by Tire Rack just makes it that much easier.

There was a whole up getting my tires shipped but customer service was very helpful and made sure everything got to me in a timely manner

I required recent date codes to satisfy club rules for track tires. Jim was able to tell me what date codes recently shipped, and set up a plan for contacting me before shipment to confirm acceptability. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!
