I've been using Tire Rack for tires for the past 25years, witout ant issues. I remember ordering a set of Blizzak snowtires (Doing Minus Sizing) with alloy wheels online. After I had placed the order and with in 20 minutes a representative called to let me know that the package I selected would fit my car. I had locked for weeks for a set of alloy wheels that would look good on my car and I really wanted that set of Wheels. The representative heading select a new size package with the Blizzaks and the wheels I wanted. Others would have let the order go through and have the deal with them not fitting after the fact. Tire Rack's customer service is second the none!

I like the interface of the website and it takes you step by step in the ordering process. It was easy to order.

The customer experience has been absolutely unmatched, every single time I purchase from them. I don't understand why would anyone buy anywhere else. It's not like other places have better prices nor better service.

Not the easiest website to use. Especially on a smart phone.

Tire was shipped extremely fast but left completely unsecured in my driveway all day. If I lived in a less austere neighborhood the tire would not have been there when I came home.

I had a problem with shipping I called customer service, my problem was resolved in a quick and professional manner i even got a gift card as an apology. I will be shopping here again and recommending to friends

I needed a full set of tires. Tire Rack made it easy to choose the right ones for my car.

The tires were shipped to my nearest Pep Boys before the store opened, and they were just left in the car park. Pep Boys weren't aware that the tires were there and had not brought them inside.

I don't have more to say but there are too many questions on this feed back. When someone is done with their order doing this is the last thing they want to do… so making it too long just erases their good will

Found what I needed. The sort should include an option for All Season tires. I didn't see it worded specifically. It should be the default.

For the most part, always has a good selection of tire brands in stock. I've found that the tires I've received have been manufactured in the same year as my purchase, which I appreciate.

Tires were a great deal way cheaper than other places. Shipped to Firestone and they completed the install and balancing.

System seems slow. Also, the option to use Tire Rack installation did not show up when I used my home Zip Code.

The ordering process was fast and easy.Once again Tire Rack comes through.
