Outstanding service, shipment was not next day but o got the order in good time and the tire mounting dealer service (NTB Bowie) was excellent as well. Overall I am very pleased with doing business with Tire Rack.

I gave one star only because there was not an option for zero. BUYER BEWARE. Do not believe the truth in advertising. Pictures, descriptions, and fine print need to be very carefully read. I received tires I did not anticipate nor the ones that were pictures. Do not trust what you see or read unless you are a tire expert. I received tires that were not what I ordered on face value and ones that were slightly better than the ones I was replacing. And it cost me $75 to return them. GO TO YOUR LOCAL TIRE DEALER!. I could not talk to a supervisor. Very disappointing for an existing customer.
My Honda dealer did not have the Michelin tires I wanted and asked me when my appointment was for tire installation. Tire Rack had the tires I wanted and promised to deliver them to my dealer the day (Friday) after I ordered them (Thursday), so I ordered the tires for delivery to my Honda dealer and made an appointment to have them installed on Monday. Tire Rack did indeed deliver all four tires on that Thursday (the day after I ordered them) and the dealer installed them on Monday. Tire Rack saved me money (compared to what the dealer would have charged), time, and hassle. The follow-up from Tire Rack on my order was excellent - including a call back from a TireRack rep on my order to make sure the delivery to dealer would go smoothly. I've become a Tire Rack fan.

Working with Tire Rack was awesome; their staff was very kind and helpful when my order didn't make it. OnTrac (delivery service) claimed it was delivered, but was nowhere to be found. They were NOT helpful; excuse? 'GPS was in the area, so out of our hands.' The lady from Tire Rack tried to help, but they gave her the same BS, so she arranged for a re-delivery. The next day, our tires were found... 2 doors up. Apparently OnTrac doesn't understand GPS, has a lazy/incompetent driver or all of the above. Otherwise, great service from Tire Rack!

As always, the experience has been very good, they make sure you are ordering the right size tire, they show reviews, give you independent testing and rating info.
The price I got was unbeatable, pretty much half of what the Audi dealership was charging for the same tire.
Delivery was next day, I also chose a preferred installer in my area they have been excellent as well.
Tire Rack will definitely be my first place to shop for new tires (or wheels).
