Your mobile site needs a better response in loading. I was working off the same network on my desktop and it loaded much faster.

It was fast and easy to order and the prices were good.

First I'd like to say how informative and spot on Tire Rack is when it comes to tires and wheels. I ordered a set of tires for my vehicles but I didn't get the standard size tires. I wanted to give my vehicle a different look and style according to my own personal preference. I wanted tires that were two sizes wider than the original and a lower or smaller sidewall. I was concerned about the fitting at first but after the installation the tires and wheels looked quite good. I'll be looking forward to purchasing more tires from Tire Rack. Thanks

I had a trip planned for 10/11 and needed new tires. I specifically placed my order with tire rack because The Oder stated that my tires would be delivered on 10/7. Only one arrived and the other 3 did not arrive until 10/11. Not sure why all tires being shipped at the same time could not be delivered on same day. I had to arrange alternate transportation.

I love buying from tire rack, the prices are better than anyone around and you have a large range of options.

I like that you can see what the wheels will look like on your exact vehicle. Nice selection. Not terrible pricing.

But your system flagged it, so when I called the next day, I was IMMEDIATELY concerned to the person who fixed my order right then. A real, human receptionist, and no stupid wait on the phone. Plus Gill, my original rep., answered all my questions accurately and quickly. My tires were shipped the same day we corrected my order. Outstanding!

Tire pressure was too low on all four. It made light come on. Refilled to specs. Ok Light stayed off.

I was in competition with Tirerack for many years as a retail tire business owner. Since I retired I now accept that TireRack is one of the best places to buy specialty tires that you cant buy at your local tire shop especially with all of the unique tire sizes and ratings and specific manufacturers requirements.
