Great service and Great Products, customer service rep Monty was polite and punctual as he was on my first order a month ago.

I ordered some Akebono brake pads and Centric rotors for my car on a Monday and both items were delivered within the week. The prices were comparable to those on Amazon. However, with Tire Rack, I was confident I would receive the right parts the first time around.

Awesome great website to look and order from. I ordered tires and the next day they called to confirm the the tires size to make sure I wan't getting the wrong ones.

Would not accept the card I wanted to use, bank said it was not them. However everything else was great. Delivered very quickly and when they said it was coming and they were in great shape.

Careful when checking out as the installer price could change and is not clear. I walked in service center to get it done and they were confused on what was going on.

Payment is done with the center not tire rack. Awkward when talking to the service center.

App needs to allow a temporary spare tire to be different from the four main tires when you enter vehicle information

Bought 4 new all season Pirelli tires for Infinity Q70. Delivered on time to the local installer who charged me less than $100 to install and balance all 4. Total with install under $1K. Found same tires at 2 local tire stores for MUCH more. Great tires at a very reasonable price. Thanks Tire Rack!

Your mobile site needs a better response in loading. I was working off the same network on my desktop and it loaded much faster.

First I'd like to say how informative and spot on Tire Rack is when it comes to tires and wheels. I ordered a set of tires for my vehicles but I didn't get the standard size tires. I wanted to give my vehicle a different look and style according to my own personal preference. I wanted tires that were two sizes wider than the original and a lower or smaller sidewall. I was concerned about the fitting at first but after the installation the tires and wheels looked quite good. I'll be looking forward to purchasing more tires from Tire Rack. Thanks

I had a trip planned for 10/11 and needed new tires. I specifically placed my order with tire rack because The Oder stated that my tires would be delivered on 10/7. Only one arrived and the other 3 did not arrive until 10/11. Not sure why all tires being shipped at the same time could not be delivered on same day. I had to arrange alternate transportation.

I love buying from tire rack, the prices are better than anyone around and you have a large range of options.
