So far, so good. First time ordering has been easy. The website is easy to use when selecting a tire for your vehicle. The hardest part is selecting where to get your tires installed.

Rebates should be good through PST and not EST time. I chose a different tire as a result.

I purchased these for my Tesla M3 even though the speed rating was inferior. I was convinced by the better treadwear and water rating. A pleasant surprise was that these tires (Sumitomos) extend farther from the rim than the OEM ones, protecting the rims from sidewalk rash better. We shall see what a few months tell us. I could not notice any increased noise, which I expected, but my wife did. Not much of it.

From finally placing the order Online, Email Confirmations of the Sale Order number, to the delivery location anywhere of your choice, and a follow-up Email from Tire Rack to make sure everything was delivered as promised and you're a satisfied customer. And for me most of all, with the confidence that my new tires will be NEW tires, and NOT 4 year old dirty and stained dry rotted tires that were sold to me and installed by unscrupulous Tire Installers (probably buying their tires from warehouses storing old tires just sitting in the warehouse for years for a fraction of the cost), and also by my very own Car Dealership where I purchased my new Mustang GT!
