I was just looking online for guidance in selecting new tires. I happened on Tire Rack and was quite pleased but a bit skeptical. Not only recommendations for tire brand but also suggestions for installers. Finally decided to try it and totally pleased. Quick delivery, found a good local installer with a reasonable price and quick service.

Very easy to search the tires I wanted and to read the info on them.

Received a USPC tracking number but the only details it provided was that it was placed in the system. No other details. Called Tire Rack to ensure tires were shipped. Tire Rack could not confirm or deny if the tires were indeed picked up from USPS. The only thing I could do is wait. Needless to say, the tires arrived within a month ordered despite the shipping issues from Carson City, NV to a military base in Japan. I'm happy the tires arrived and currently mounted.

I have ordered many tires over the years always from TireRack. Service is great and fast shipping. I just wish you offered express payment options like ApplePay. It would make the checkout process more efficient and save me having to go looking for my wallet. I also see you are expanding to mobile install which is great. But you need an online way to check if this is offered in my area. I wanted to know if this was an option and had to call and wait on hold for 12 minutes to be told it is not available where I live.
