Your website had a few cliches, making it hard to process order.

The tires arrived 2 days earlier than the estimated delivery time. I was shocked because I thought it might be delayed due to all of the shipping woes. I appreciate the earlier delivery as the old tires needed to be replaced sooner.

So far easy. I guess I didn't do my homework. Found same tire for 30.00 cheaper per tire. I guess that's my fault. Seems like a great tire.

In a relatively easy way, Tirerack allows you to locate and buy tires at reasonable prices. They then ship them with great dispatch so your tire problem is solved. I was surprised how quickly they came.

Very convenient way to save money! Although the price was cheap compared to all other prices, the tires were manufactured in 2017 which explained the lower price. I hope that does not haunt me in the future.

The tires arrived in short time, had them installed next day. Found a hole in the side wall on 1 tire, so the are sending out a replacement. Tires installed with 1 old tire. Got home and 1 new tire was flat. Hole in sidewall also. Had to file claim and then having another sent out.
