Quick and easy. I didn't have to spend time looking for both front and rear. When I put in my info. They new what I needed.

Searching for a specific tire was super easy with the search engine. Tire Rack was the only vendor with the exact tire match for my vehicle with only 14k miles on the original tires.

Installation center was terrible. Couldn't take the wheels off because they said they had locks - which they did not. Then said it required a special key? This is a run of the mill Mercedes GLK with standard wheels. They didn't have the socket to remove at a tire install center. Ordered wheel alignment as well & was told they broke their tool trying to align the car & couldn't finish the job?
Tires as received were all set to 30 psi when the door sticker calls for 35 & 42, Wheels, body panels all smeared in grease. Very unprofessional. Find a better rep to uphold your name!

Tire rack is the fastest, easiest and best price anywhere. I received my tires the NEXT DAY! Upon receiving my tires they also have a link to local tire installers completing the process. I would highly recommend them.

Web site is very easy to use. Recommendations make it easy to choose which tires I wanted for my Mazdaspeed. Ordered the tires one late morning, tires arrived the very next day!

Easy to order wasn't very clear until the order was placed that the tires would be mounted. Paid a little too much for steel rims but great overall product.

Great detailed information on tires and they made it super easy to find a local shop to install them. I woke up to a flat tire four days before Christmas and had the tires shipped and installed on Christmas eve days thanks to the hard working people at Pepboys.

Your Internet service choose the wrong installer about five times so I had to keep starting over. BUT once I was able to schedule my service and actually get my tires installed, I couldn't have been happier. These are great tires at a very reasonable price. I am VERY happy with them. Snow tires. They make me feel safe and I don't have to stop and put on chains in snowy weather. Ahhhhhh!
