Very nice, smooth selection, helpful prompts, painless process. TireRack was great, and shipped everything out immediately on a Wednesday. But FedEx was dumb, got the tires from Indiana to Chicago by that night, estimated said delivery would be Thursday, and... Sat on them. Didn't make delivery to us (60 miles west of Chicago) until Monday afternoon. So brilliant experience with TireRack, but not so much with FedEx. But price was great, shipping experience was great, I will come here first for my next set of tires.

Quick and efficient a lot better than one of your competitors. I know it was not you guys's fault but FedEx ended up splitting the order up and it was kind of frustrating cuz I ended up gotten two tires one day and then three days later got the others
