Great detailed information on tires and they made it super easy to find a local shop to install them. I woke up to a flat tire four days before Christmas and had the tires shipped and installed on Christmas eve days thanks to the hard working people at Pepboys.

Your Internet service choose the wrong installer about five times so I had to keep starting over. BUT once I was able to schedule my service and actually get my tires installed, I couldn't have been happier. These are great tires at a very reasonable price. I am VERY happy with them. Snow tires. They make me feel safe and I don't have to stop and put on chains in snowy weather. Ahhhhhh!

Great pricing, appears to be fast delivery, and installer is 1 mile from my home.
Online shopping could be easy. Helpful staff on the phone although it takes 15-20 minutes to reach someone whenever I call. I had to call several times to arrange for the return of the tire/rim package that didn't fit my car. Although I only unpackaged one tire/rim to test the fitment, I had to unpackage and rewrap all of them so I could return them. It was a lot of extra effort and a waste of packaging materials.

Tires are dropped off at my local shop the next day, and they really squeeze me in and get them installed without a problem, I paid about $100 to get them put on and balanced. All in all it was a good experience
