Online shopping could be easy. Helpful staff on the phone although it takes 15-20 minutes to reach someone whenever I call. I had to call several times to arrange for the return of the tire/rim package that didn't fit my car. Although I only unpackaged one tire/rim to test the fitment, I had to unpackage and rewrap all of them so I could return them. It was a lot of extra effort and a waste of packaging materials.

Extremely fast, great condition, and great pricing. Will definitely buy from again.

Tires are dropped off at my local shop the next day, and they really squeeze me in and get them installed without a problem, I paid about $100 to get them put on and balanced. All in all it was a good experience
