Process was smooth from ordering to delivery. Great job by TireRack. Installer was not so good. Had delivered to Monroe in Glenmont NY and I booked an appointment but they couldn't complete the work as promised.
Awesome. I had placed an order for 4 tires and ordered the wrong size, I did not realize I had done so. I received a call the next day about the tire size, asking if it was the right size as my vehicle did not take the size tire I ordered. They were able to fix my mistake and get my order out to the installer I had chosen. Great service.

Very easy to locate the tires I needed. Pricing was very fair. Shop could not find my tires locally and suggested tirerack.com. Found them easily at a good price and free delivery.
Road hazzard plan is terrible. The process of pre approval requirement by tire rack means more time on the phone. When you have one car, and a job to get to, you can't waste time jumping through hoops. Then if your tire model is on back order like mine, you have to purchase a different set. I guess that's better than driving another week and a half on a factory spare, in daily rain and heavy snowstorms
