Ordering was Quick and easy. Didn't like delivery time. When i initially ordered it said Wednesday for delivery but I actually received the item late Friday afternoon. Unacceptable

Everything went well except for the offer from Goodyear. I tried to get the goodyear credit card as advertised to get an additional discount, but it did not go through. The 1 800 number provided by goodyear was useless. No person to talk with to resolve any issues.

Split delivery from two locations had me confused as the rear shocks arrived, but not the front. Checked the order e-mail and did not see the fronts on there, so I ordered another pair to ensure they'd be there by Xmas. Service rep Tagert in South Bend caught the duplicate order and called as we were driving from Montana home to Southern California home and left a message inquiring if I wanted the duplicate set. I called back and we canceled the 2nd set of front shocks. Great to know there was a human behind this to catch that.
