I needed all season tires in different sizes for my AMG. Tire Rack reps helped find and place the order for top rated tires and the process was very easy.
In general i pick the tires up at he local tirerack distribution center and save some cash doing this, price is usually better then other places and pick tires tires the same day! I also had ordered rims and tires set which they installed and delivered in a few days. They came in excellent condition with perfect balancing and no scuff marks from the installation process including installing the TPMS sensors

Answer: I have used tire rack for multiple tires and wheels on various vehicles successfully, but no more. V. bad customer service experience after the sale and delivery. (12-16-20 through 1-21-22)
Answer: Very easy BUT THEY CANNOT HELP YOU OR DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE YOU WAIT, and they will not get back to you even after multiple calls.
Answer: They sell good tire brands and names and no knockoff that I know of.
