So far so good, very easy to use. I got the tires in a timely manner and the company recommended by tire rack was very professional and price was as advertised.

It is a little cumbersome to wade through all the options of tires, but otherwise my experience has been very good.

Pretty straight forward and i like that all the compatibility checks are done for me.
The website said the offset is the same as the wheels I had on my car but the ones I received are tucked more than I would have liked. I don't know if this is an issue on my part or Tire Rack. Maybe the information I had on my previous model of wheel was wrong. Overall I am satisfied and I can now swap my winter and All-Season tires without going to a shop because I have two sets of wheels as well as tires. Also, putting on new wheels showed me how severe my old ones are bent. My old wheels from the dealership have been through lots of pot holes and other harsh bumps which caused bad vibrations above 60 mph and (to my surprise) made it feel like my car needed an alignment by always pulling to the right, and feel like my rotors were slightly warped when stopping. Had no idea it was the wheels all along.
