This is not my first time ordering from Tire Rack and each time I do, they continue to deliver, Good Service, Great Price.

I used Tire Rack 5 times and great place to buy tires. This time the tires that were shipped were old from 15 week 2021. Every time before they were new fresh tires not 1 year old. I then picked the installation place. Tires Plus total care on 1100 S Federal Pompano Beach. They were not great. They complained to me saying they needed to charge me more than stated price.The service guy was mean really unpleasant. Then agreed to the price but didn't do the work on the time. I waited 2 days and told to come in Sunday 8:30 and different get out for 3 hours. They left the rims covered in white grease and didn't disinfect the car after being in it. A real $#*! show. Stay away from that shop
I have used tire rack for over 20 years and it has always been a great experience for tire selection. Price is always good and shipping is fast.

Quick and smooth transaction. The delay in delivery was the shipping company not the seller. It was also the Christmas season so the shipping company was overwhelmed. But I got my tire after my son had a flat and was back on the road. Having some issues with the road hazard website, but will work on that tomorrow once everything opens back up after Christmas.
Had a lot of trouble finding run flat tires. Had to use Google.com to find the tires on your site to add to cart. No search you offered gave me the run flat Pirelli p zero even when I searched by vehicle. This is my second time buying. The other time I had to call to get tires. Fix this, it degrades buying experience. May caused people to buy elsewhere. Frustrating.
