I tracked my order and it was delivered as promised@ 12:43 the following day, I contacted the store to confirm the delivery and was told they had not been received, I was told to check later because they might arrive with a later deliver even though the POD said otherwise. I did and was told they were never received.
I decided to go to the store to investigate. The individual that answered the phone contended there was no delivery, another employee, whom I had originally discussed the delivery and installation with went to look and said he found the tires behind the store next to the dumpster. I have no idea if it was the UPS driver that had other ideas concerning who received the set of new tires, or the store employees. I hope that some form of better security or proof if of delivery required (signature) can be implemented.
