Hank was very very helpful trying to find a straight sidewall tire for a small sports car application going from 14" to 15" wheels

Finding the right tires was very important for me as I had summer tires on my car and needed all season, the big name tires cost a lot of money so I found a tire and compared then to the big name on your web page, this gave me the confidence to order the right tire at the right cost.

I have purchased from the site before and i have to say, each and every time it was painless and a breeze.

Our local tire shop was unable to get our tires from any local warehouses. And their price is $300 higher than tire rack! Tire rack was able to deliver these the next day, they arrived in time and are car is back. Amazing!

Very good ordering nice service. This was a replacement tire as we hit road debris that punctured our tire. The spare wasn't that great.

I purchased 12 studded tires from Tire Rack of which 5 had small nonrepairable pinhole leaks which required many fill ups to keep our cars useable. We received one tire immediately and after silent/failed attempts to get the other 4 replaced I bought yet another tire from them so I could leave a 1 star review to warn others.

I'm now somewhat embarrassed I left a 1 star review as I had an email the following day from their customer service department. Fearing a major hastle was about to begin I was reluctant to open the email, but decided it's not my fault the tires were defective so I should try and get things right. I expected to have to fill out many forms, document things, pictures etc, but to my surprise it was not that way. I explained the situation in an email and the rep instantly got back to me and said 3 replacement tires were on their way and they would refunded me for the one I ordered. In addition, they offered to reimburse the mounting costs for each tire. That was it. No forms, hastle, wait for approval. M, blameme,... It was beyond what I expected and made me appreciate their human interface. I know it was not their intent to send bad tires, and having such a good experience in dealing with a big financial problem really makes me want to correct my one star review. I give them 5 stars for their customer service and honoring their warranty. They saved a customer and now have me telling others about how well they treated us, and not to mention the tires are as safe as I can get for my family for winter driving.

Installer section could have included the car dealers

This is my second time ordering from Tire Rack. Both experiences have been great. The prices are always quite a bit cheaper than your normal chain stores, and shipping is super fast!

You have a good selection of tires in all the sizes I can fit to a BMW M635CSi. I have used 255/40-17 Michelin Pilot 4S before but needed spacers. This slightly smaller section width will eliminate the spacers and keep the ride height and overall diameter closer to the OEM specification.

Ordering was easy. There was some confusion re: applying for Goodyear card and then having to wait after being approved to receive physical card before ordering.

Clumsy hard to navigate website if you were to want installation done at your South Bend warehouse. Plenty of helpful information and some useless also. Site does not flow like a flow chart where you would make your selection then choose to pick up your tires or pick up your tires and have them installed at your warehouse or have them shipped. If not for the CHAT option you might get snagged. As I recall there was a path to review a tire for my car. I believe that avenue did not review the selected tire on my exact model Nissan Rogue. I think it reviewed a variety of Nissan vehicles some very different than mine. Also some of the customer reviews covered a huge range of very different vehicles and some trucks. Don't get me wrong your website is very good but not as good as it could be.
