I made an inadvertent mistake on the tire size when I placed my order, but thankfully was contacted by Isaac at Tire Rack, who saw that they were the incorrect size for my car. He called and asked if I'd intended to order that size, and took care to order and ship the proper fit. Expected delivery was three business days, but they actually arrived in just two.

This was the easiest purchase of tires I have ever made!

Many other companies make you choose a vehicle which makes aftermarket ordering very difficult thanks for having the option to opt out of selecting a vehicle!

Overall, I am very happy with your products and fairly easy user flow without too many complications. However, the customer service (via chat) was very disappointing. The CS agent on your live chat name Alberto was not friendly and did not help in ways that was expected. If possible, please feel free to review the chats. The user flow and experience for the claims department needs some work. I received notifications (email and text) that my assigned claims agent had left me notes. When I signed in to my account, I did not see any notes under the notes tab. It was very frustrating and my uploaded documents had disappeared as well. Also, I'd recommend updating your alert notification once the claim has been approved, to mention how the reimbursement will be received on the customer end. Will I get a check in the mail? Closing that loop would be great. Thanks.
