Overall, I am very happy with your products and fairly easy user flow without too many complications. However, the customer service (via chat) was very disappointing. The CS agent on your live chat name Alberto was not friendly and did not help in ways that was expected. If possible, please feel free to review the chats. The user flow and experience for the claims department needs some work. I received notifications (email and text) that my assigned claims agent had left me notes. When I signed in to my account, I did not see any notes under the notes tab. It was very frustrating and my uploaded documents had disappeared as well. Also, I'd recommend updating your alert notification once the claim has been approved, to mention how the reimbursement will be received on the customer end. Will I get a check in the mail? Closing that loop would be great. Thanks.

Tire Rack can teach Amazon a thing or two about shipping! I live in a remote area and it is crazy how fast I get my tires. Love the website, Love how easy it is to order, and I have never had an issue with them. I have bought at least 4 or 5 full sets of tires and will continue to do so! One of the best retail establishments I have ever dealt with.
