Quick and easy process to get the products I was looking for.

I'd never purchase tires through this company again. Orders tires through this company and order is missing a tire. Response, wait 48 hours to investigate, wait another 3-4 days to deliver another one after 2 day wait. Don't believe their delivery times, they just lie and act like they can deliver tires by a certain time... Tires that did show up came in a white van with busted out windows... Save yourself some time and frustration, buy locally at Discount Tire and they'll gladly beat these prices. Tirerack used a company called Ontrak for delivery, worst company ever, you literally spend thousands and won't get what you ordered.

Tire Rack part of the experience was great, but they recommended I use Firestone to install them. Made an appointment with Firestone and, very long story made short, the refused to honor the appointment and essentially kicked me out of the store when I had the temerity to complain,
