I would like to be able for the phone web page to be able to show the chat and the web page at the same time but it does not.

Fairly good experience. The installer (Mr Tire) wanted to charge more than tire rack quoted for mounting and balancing. I had to show them the email from tire rack with the correct installation charge. They adjusted the charge to the correct amount.
I signed up via your web page instructions for a Monday Morning Installation. When I called to confirm, the Firestone store I chose said that the web site signup is not correct and that the soonest they could get me in was 11 on the following Fri.
The website is easy to use. I ordered the tires online. Within a couple of hours I had confirmation that my order was ready, and I picked them up at the warehouse. The whole process couldn't have been easier!

After consulting with Trent (i think his name was), i ordered. Then i noticed that there was an even better tire that would serve both summer and winter. I contacted tire rack, they changed my order even though someone was already out to pick it. For this truck, these will be its forever tires. And for this guy, tirerack.com is my forever tire vendor.

Had the tires I needed and the price was good and they were able to ship them out quickly!
