Ongoing harassment by employee * and she is now using other employees. They were asked to no longer contact me and have failed to do so. Company scammed me of tires I never received and money. Ordered Friday night had my tires Monday morning. Best price anywhere.
They didn't have the correct tire size for the 2020 Ford Mustang GT Power Pack 2 but they did have the correct size tire when I was able to choose tire size. 30305R19. I chose the Michiline Pilot super sport 4s. They were 660.00 to 500.00 a piece on other sites. Found them on TR President day sale 358.99 a piece. Received them 3 days later.

Purchase was Easy, quick, the tires were what I needed, hopefully I will be satisfied over the long run.
1) Was not able to log in. Tried new password, but was advised that it was not correct several times and that my account already exists.
2) Confusing on how to claim road hazard. Still not sure if I have it correct.

Once again my Bank of America credit card was not accepted. This has only happened twice with this credit card and both times it was with the Tire Rack!
