Purchase was Easy, quick, the tires were what I needed, hopefully I will be satisfied over the long run.
1) Was not able to log in. Tried new password, but was advised that it was not correct several times and that my account already exists.
2) Confusing on how to claim road hazard. Still not sure if I have it correct.

Fairly good experience. The installer (Mr Tire) wanted to charge more than tire rack quoted for mounting and balancing. I had to show them the email from tire rack with the correct installation charge. They adjusted the charge to the correct amount.
