Everything worked as it should. Delivery was actually 2 days early; much appreciated.
The purchase experience and the delivery tor your recommended installer was seamless and easy. The only problem I had was with the installation. If I have an appointment I expect it to be honored and have the tires installed within a reasonable amount of time, 30-60 minutes is reasonable. I was told that it would take up to 3 1/2 hrs. That is not reasonable. Why have appointments if you are not going to honor them.
TireRack is a great business. My order shipped quickly.

One thing I noticed as I was checking out the shipment is that the yellow dots on the tires are not lined up with the valve stems, which would have been ideal.
All in all, still satisfied.

My #1 choice of tire was not in stock and I was unable to get in touch with a sales rep to find out when more stock was expected.
The only problem I had was finding the price... then it was... Bada bing bada boom, click, scroll, click, checkout... a couple days later UPS shows up... couldn't have been any easier.

Great, except for the limited number of recommended installers. The recommended installer closest to me didn't do alignments. Had to go somewhere else to get that done. The site said there were two rebates. One for just buying the tires and one for buying it with a Goodyear Visa card. I didn't use a card and never received the info for the other.
You Guys Rock!, Pricing and free shipping, help me make my decision, I like this tires, since the came with my car. They came with my Car, Lexus 2020 NX300, and I like them, the way they feel.

Only thing was when the rims arrived they were double boxed and not in the original box. It looks like you got the wrong product. It would be more helpful to say this is a normal thing when they ship so a call to customer service could be avoided.
