I ordered a set of Indy500 235/45/17 for my WRX,,,
The ordering was very easy,, and I was actually surprised how fast they were delivered.
And the free 2 year road Hazzard protection plan was a great bonus.
However,,,, as far as the $60.oo rebate goes.
I would rather have just had the money deducted from the overall cost of the tires. Or receive the card without having to mail in proof purchase,, especially since I'm in the middle of moving,, and I hope I don't loose the rebate while relocating.
Overall,,, I give Tire Rack an excellent rating

Great Customer Experience. The online experience was outstanding. Easy to navigate
Clear website, easy to use and delivery service was very good. The raised white letter tires I ordered however were delivered with a blue dye over the white detailing. I assume this is a protective measure however after 2 hours of cleaning with soup and warm water the tires still look blue. I will buy a specialized white wall cleaning product this weekend for $25 and hope that works but it is a shame to have to spend more time and money on a relatively high priced product. Thank you
Had a set of Falken Wildpeaks delivered to local installer. Locally they were back ordered… Delivered in two days… Very happy with the service! These tires used to be a lot cheaper but the times have changed!
