I like the ability to choose the best product for my needs. I needed only 2 tires. My local tire store couldn't get ones to match, but the Tire Rack could. They were delivered in 2 days to my local store and my regular guys were happy to install them for a fair price.

Enjoyed being able see the wheels I wanted to purchase on my vehicle. The consumer and TireRack reviews were very helpful. Easy purchase and quick shipping.

If everything happens as it should, easy peasy... but it did not, the tires set the steering wheel to throbbing between 70 & 80 mph, tires/wheels have been rebalanced and retorqued by the very reputable installer,
And the steering wheel still throbs, so perhaps the tires are out of round, I don't know, but they now have 500 plus miles on them, and I'm headed to my Honda dealer tomorrow to have maintenance done and
I'll see if they can figure out what's wrong. If they can't, I'll be talking with Tire Rack.

Super easy to navigate the site in the evening gave me suggestions about the tires I should use for my wheels. That made selecting my tires easy. However don't ever select Pep Boys to receive your tires. We will price gouge the heck out of you for additional services.

I received my tires in less than a week. Delivered to a service station and didn't have to worry about hauling them over there.

Easy to find tire rim and order.
However when you pay extra for faster delivery and it comes after quoted date is not right and delivery fee for quicker delivery should be refunded to make it right.
