I purchased a set of Vredestein Pinza AT tires from Tire Rack based on the reviews and the price, which was comparable to or lower than similar tires that I could get locally. The purchasing experience was straight forward. I had the tires shipped directly to a local tire shop that was listed as a recommended installer on the Tire Rack web site. The tires arrived quickly (actually 3 days earlier than predicted). Installation was smooth.

Thanks great experience. Tire Rack had the tires I wanted in stock and at a considerable saving compared to the local shop. The delivery was really fast; two days and they notified me of delivery to the installer. The associated installer got me in right away! Great experience and I really like the tires!

User friendly with the vehicle search/matching of tires. Neal was very helpful via phone. I did not have any luck with the mobile chat feature as maybe I was trying to chat after business hours. The tires were delivered zip-tied together, so make sure you receive and put them in a safe place after delivery.

Great website and easy to use. The tires were at my tire store within 24 hours. Only thing I didn't like was that UPS delivered my tries at 1144am and I was not notified until 515pm the same day. I had the day off work but never MLK we the tires had been delivered.

Pothole ate a tire about 8:45 PM on a Wednesday. Tried calling to order a replacement tire and need information on who to call to about the road hazard warranty. This set of tires is about 2 months old and has less than 2500 miles on them.
THEY were closed - couldn't reach anyone!
Did order a new tire from my phone then but unfortunately realized days later I used a different CC and that ended up putting the order for the replacement tire in a different account. That has been a royal hassle to deal with for the warranty because the 2 orders don't show up together even though on they use the same email & physical address.
Because of my work schedule and commute (I leave at 3 AM and get home about 10PM) I could not reach anyone to deal with this until 5 days later on Monday.

On the plus side I received the new tire in 2 days and mounted it that night and am back on the road.

I would have given you guys 5 stars, except I had ordered four Cooper tires last week and there was nothing that flagged to me that the tires wouldn't arrive until August. Who orders four tires for mid-summer? I needed them now. It wasn't until I looked back at the order that I realized they wouldn't arrive until August which is ridiculous. I understand that there is something strange going on these days, but perhaps they shouldn't been offered in the first place, if not flagged in big letters! Regardless, it really pissed me off! I cancelled the order and I had to go back and find other tires to meet my needs that would arrive right away. I did a lot of research to find the Cooper tires I wanted so I had to go back and re-research this over again. It was a lot of wasted time! Plus, the tires I ended up ordering were $30 more per tire than the Cooper tires I originally ordered, and I didn't expect to spend another $120 plus taxes on four tires.
BUT then it didn't end there. I ordered Faulkner tires, which might have ended up being much better than the Cooper tires, but the day after I ordered them, 2 tires showed up on my garage door. Where were the other two? I called you guys and you all called the delivery company who said they had them but didn't bother delivering them. This was a Thursday and they said that they would deliver the other two Friday. NO harm done, I planned to install them on Saturday. Friday came and no tires. I called again and you called them shipping company and now I find out the company sent them to Colorado - what happened to them being in the shipping facility and just not being loaded? And I missed the weekend to get them put on my wheels. The lady at Tire Rack was cool in that she gave me a credit of $75 for shipping (I haven't confirmed this yet). However, Monday came along and they weren't here either. It wasn't until Tuesday that they were finally delivered to me. I ordered them almost a week earlier. That's bad! It also
