Website is easy to use and reviews from other customers help make the decision on which tires to choose. Prices are reasonable and delivery is quick though they are at the mercy of the delivery services.

I ordered the Cinturato P7 Run Flat 225/55R17 for a total of $630.57 but was disappointed to learn this does not include the installation fee which must be paid separately to a local installer. Since I am paying for the tires using Paypal, it would have been much easier if I could also have paid up front for the installation fee. That way I could have used Paypal, my preferred payment method. Now I will have to pay the local installer using a credit card, which is much less convenient. Also, I am concerned the local installer may try to overcharge me, which I would not have to worry about if I was able to pay for it all together right now.

Update:
After I paid for the tires on tire rack, I received a separate email from ASAP tire for the on site installation and I was able to pay online. It was a smooth process. However, it was not clear enough earlier on in the process that this was going to happen. It should be more seamless. Rather than putting it on the customer to pay separately, it should be available at the time of purchase together with the tires. Tire rack should pass the payment through to ASAP so the customer has a single transaction, not two.

Good. Shipping with ontrac is a bad choice. Had to go pick them up from their warehouse because they sat there for days and I kept getting a delay notice.

The process was quick and simple. Seemed a little easier than beginning the process by going into Firestone.

Bought these due to no local ST tires made in USA. Glad to pay an extra $20 a tire to support our country.
