Easy to navigate the website. Liked having reviews for each tire where you can filter by make and model of car. Installation scheduling was fast and easy at a local shop. Tires were delivered quickly and installation was smooth.

First time user of Tire Rack. So far, order placement was easy. The tires got to my repair shop within 24 hours of ordering. Just as promised. Unfortunately, my shop couldn't take me for two weeks because of their workload. I just got the tires installed and have only driven them five miles. All seems well. I have an appointment next week at the Audi dealer for an alignment - driver assist system needs special alignment equipment. Once that is done I will be able to get a sense of how the tires perform. It's a process but the Tire Rack part of it, tire evaluation, purchase, and delivery were all perfect. Would never have bought these tires without their strong evaluation! Hope they are right!

After I ordered, I found the tires cheaper locally. Installer charged more than the price listed on Tire Rack.

I was told to give Tire Rack a chance to see if their price was good. I did save $60.00 dollars on a pair of tires. The overall experience was easy and would definitely use them again.

It gave me a good variety of tires to choose from.
