Great Experience! Had the tire I needed. Many tire shops don't carry the compact emergency spare tire. Ordering was easy and information provided was clear. Tire arrived within 3 days of my order.

Easy to locate tires and purchasing was easy. However, the website has you setup an installer appointment that doesn't get coordinated with the installer. This major oversight isn't very clear when ordering the tires and as a result, I didn't have an appointment that I *thought* I made when ordering it. I recommend Tire Rack provide a weblink to the customer to setup the appointment and then return to the TireRack website. This would be huge for customer convenience.

Everything was very easy... product was available (Cooper Endeavors for my Cougar), unlike at the Cooper dealers... shipped the same day and delivered 2 days later at my installer. Can't ask for anything better!
