Very easy to navigate website and buy tires. All taxes and shipping shown beforehand and delivered to Fastech in Edmonton. Great staff there mounted them for a reasonable cost.

Purchase and delivery of my tire was easy. Submitting a claim for the Hazard warranty is a bit challenging. Trying to download the receipts the system just keep spinning!

Here buying 1 tire for road hazard warranty. The Road hazard warranty system left me hanging, with no instructions on how to proceed to get a replacement tire due to a roofing staple through the sidewall. Car's been sitting on a flat tire since 3/9 waiting, and I had to call in, transferred 3 times, and sit on hold for 30 minutes to hear that I needed to come and buy a tire to move the process forward. Why did the claim system not have clear instructions?
I have purchased tires from Tire Rack a few times already. I like the great information on the website as well as the fact that you can ask a question through chat and easily place your order. The prices are reasonable, and delivery is fast. I live fairly close to the warehouse and I have a truck, so I picked up my tires and brought them to a Tire Rack recommended installer.
Was very quick and easy to make the purchase I needed. Will be back to give another review once I receive the product.
