The experience is okay except for the excessive credit card verification steps. I've shopped on this site many times before and shouldn't require extra steps to verify I'm actually the cardholder. Other than that, yes, good experience shopping on your site.
After ordering my tire's major street work started on my cul-de-sac and on the delivery day scheduled they weren't delivered. I tried calling FedEx with no good result. I called TireRack and spoke with "J. D." and explained my situation and he said he'd call FedEx to see what he could do. Early the next morning the tires showed up in my driveway in a small FedEx van. I'm sure without that call from J. D. it would have been 3 tries and returned to TireRack! GREAT customer service!
Fast, easy, convenient. The web site is robust and easy to use with plenty of prompts and drop-downs. I was particularly impressed that it also dovetailed with my service provider's web site for placing an appointment request, limiting the amount of mouse clicks necessary to resolve my issues.
