Customer assistance was excellent, Determined the best load rating for our delivery van, correcting a problem that was due to the improper load rating of the original set of tires. Delivery of tires was prompt and excellent even though we are in a rural location. This is the second set of tires purchased from Tire Rack and so far, I have nothing but good things to say about the experience. The first set was a set of Blizzak snow tires on rims which was actually delivered, mounted and balanced, in less than 48 hours. The integrity of service is a testimony to the quality of the products, the organization of the warehouse and pack/ship departments and the dedication of the employees. We will continue to use Tire Rack going forward for all our vehicles whenever possible. Keep up the good work!

Couldn't be simpler, I've used the site both on the computer and phone, and it always works very well and is extremely simple to navigate.
After calling several local tire shops I was a bit confused about the best options as well as price, so Tire Rack was a much simpler method to shop, read reviews and ultimately make what I felt was the best selection. Pricing for the tires I selected was in line, though not substantially less than local stores, so I'm confident the price I paid was fair and reasonable. I appreciated that a Tire Rack Rep took the time to call me, and then also send a text message when I couldn't answer, to double check fitment since I ordered a tire size other than OEM. Even with that delay the tires arrive the following day. The installer told me that I won't be happy with the free road hazard, should I need to use it, but time will tell – if the situation ever arises.
