Was the price of installation at Firestone included? I had to pay them extra.
Price and availability are excellent but when I ordered online it said they would ship on 6-30 and arrive 7-1. I even received a phone call on the 30th confirming my order and stating it was going out that day. When I never saw a tracking email/number on 7-1, I called and turns out they didn't ship until 7-1 and therefore delayed my delivery until 7-5.
The site is very easy to use. The tires arrived the day after I ordered them which is extremely fast.
It was ok when I was checking out the delivery start 2 day shipping but once I got the email confirmation to front tires came from Delaware and the rear tires came from GA and they 6 days because of the holiday

Shopped with TR for years, used Michelin tires since 1976 on some cars, Only issue with TR was years ago bought some Goodyear Eagles (?) for my Z 28. Apparently these tires were not "cooked" correctly as sidewalls were so squishy the car was absolutely dangerous to drive, even gently. Had to pay the $100 shipping to return them to TR. I know TR knew what the problem was but they acted like they never heard of this defect. I don't buy "car" tires anymore, these are for my wife's BMW. Prob would not buy tires for myself at TR.
