This is my third set of tires I've bought from TireRack and it's been painless and easy to order with.

Excellent as always, no muss no fuss. Tires were delivered to installer before I was even available.

Super service and delivery. Unfortunately, three of my four white wall tires had black marks on the white areas that would not come out. Not the perfect look that I wanted for my classic car.

Ordering tires was quick and easy. I wish there was a way to safely ship the tires vs. wrapping packing tape around them. Honestly, I thought they would arrive in a box instead of being slung around in a UPS van without any sort of secure packaging. The tires are pretty scuffed up and have hard to remove tape residue on the sides.

Great tools, selection, and services to make the process of getting great wheels and tires seamless from order to install at my local affiliated shop.
* There was a problem with the tpms sensors not scanning, Discount Tire techs said they were "dead" and offered to charge me $60ea for new ones. I got on the phone right away with Tire Rack. While I felt it was highly unlikely that the brand new tpms sensors were bad, I really just wanted to find out a out the process of getting my refund or warranty on replacing them right away. I didn't have the funds to replace them and deal with reimbursement later.
After a fairly long wait time, I was in touch with a rep ( who, now that I think of it; never really got alot of info from me). I explained my situation and was put on hold. All the while they're continuing to put the wheels onto my car (I'm assuming without the tpms set up). Before I know it, the car is done. I'm thinking that I ran out of time to get it fix right away and now I have to deal it for now.
Just as the Discount Tire Assistant Manager is coming up to me, the Tire Rack CS rep also comes back on the phone. They both explain that they were in contact with each other and were about to resolve the issue and the tpms was installed and working.
This is what a good partnership can do.
