I did not sign for the delivery, the truck driver signed. I was not happy because I could do inspection upon receipt.
Fortunately Tires were in good shape so no claim is required.

May 2022 I had a blowout on a tire while traveling out of town. My Continental True Contact tires only had 4,000 miles on them and all four were installed by Goldstein Subaru WITH Tire Rack Road Hazard Warranty. I had to use the Dunn Tire store (awesome) to replace due to the urgent nature and being out of town. Call Tire Rack for a claim and they say "Oh no, you need to go through the Dealer for our Hazard Warranty" Dealer says "Oh we don't do that for reimbursements, you need to go through Tire Rack or the Nations Safe Drivers group but they usually want you going through dealer members to get it covered" Called NSD and they say "Oh no you have to go to the dealer and they go through Tire Rack" In the end I get no company to accept responsibility for their Warranty Hazar Coverage on a tire, just excuses and playing it off to the other guy. Loved ya Tire racK the past 30 years but your Road Hazard Protection Warranty is rather unethical! Make it right!

Ordering tires was quick and easy. I wish there was a way to safely ship the tires vs. wrapping packing tape around them. Honestly, I thought they would arrive in a box instead of being slung around in a UPS van without any sort of secure packaging. The tires are pretty scuffed up and have hard to remove tape residue on the sides.
