Easy to use and always has what I need. Well, Tire Rack actually called me to verify my order as they wanted to make sure my Mustang GT take 4 tires the same size.
This is the first time I've used Tire Rack. So far, so good. Would have been nice if there was a Labor Day sale going on, but there wasn't. I know because I called and asked. I especially liked that I could save $40.00 by picking up my order of four tires myself. The distribution center wasn't that far away.
For some reason the tire store I use for installation was not listed with Tire Rack so I had to manually add them, otherwise the order process was fast & easy. The only other minor issue was UPS tracking; there were no tracking updates for 5 days in the middle of transit, I also never received any text updates. There were no shipping issues, just no updates until the day the order was delivered.
Like that you can access prior orders to reorder the same tires, makes for a fast, painless transaction.
