Tire Rack has always been a great place to shop for tires! Living in Pennsylvania, the Tire Rack's Delaware facility is often the shipping location, thing always arrive in short order.
Quick easy ordering delivery was quick and convenient
It's ok. Because I can do everything online, tire rack sent the tires to the installer days before install date. Which was great because I have very little time to make these things happen.
Overall everything worked out just how I hoped. Except the tires were delayed somehow went to wrong midway processing? But they only arrived about day late.

I had an online chat session with an agent who gave me the number for the mobile installation help line, and advised that I needed to place my order, and then contact them to schedule the mobile installation via phone. I would have preferred the convenience of scheduling the mobile installation online and at the time of purchase. I ended up scheduling through a separate experience after receiving a post-purchase email.

I have used TireRack before. Got my winter tire and wheel package from TireRack for my 2018 Tesla Model 3. Finally received my new 2022 Tesla Model Y and week later with less than 300 miles, I picked up a large screw damaging the sidewall. TireRack had my replacement tire to me in two days.
I appreciated the technical performance report information available for each tire. This gave additional confidence in the purchase.
My only issue was related to the age of the tires…there is no indication through the purchase process what year the tires are made, or how long they are stored before selling.
Have been ordering for years from this company and never had a problem with our products and services. Always find we are looking for.
